Absolute Solar Commercial Building Partner

Absolute Solar are a fully accredited partner to commercial building companies. We install low energy solutions for house builders, providing both insulation in Loft (LI) and Cavity Wall Insulation (CWI) to advanced heat insulation materials, solid wall insulation, rendering and renewal technology installation.

Future Homes Standard 2025

Absolute Solar supports building companies achieve all current required home building standards, delivering high quality fitted measures meeting and exceeding Government standards in sublation and renewable technology delivery. Absolute Solar is also able to meet Part L regulations of adding in renewable technology solutions form April 2022. We are enable building companies to achieve the Future Homes and Buildings Standard is a set of standards that will complement the Building Regulations to ensure new homes built from 2025 will produce 75-80% less carbon emissions than homes delivered under current regulations.

Absolute Solar Cavity Wall Insulation

Absolute Solar is an approved Cavity Wall Installer (CWI) with experienced teams able to deliver high quality CWI measures improving energy efficiency An unfilled cavity wall can have a U-Value of 0.6 W/m2k. By installing cavity wall insulation in your home Absolute Solar will improve the U-value of a home to the required building U-value of 0.3 W/m2k.

Absolute Solar Rendering Services

External wall rendering is an effective and desirable way to help improve the thermal performance of a property, while enhancing the visual appeal of a property.  Rendering adds an effective thermal layer to the outside of a property reducing heat escaping through the walls. Our advanced rending product range provides effective insulation and damp proofing to homes improving the thermal envelope while enhancing the finish of a house.

Part L of Building Regulations stipulated though those specific thermal targets have to be met when you are building a new property from scratch. Rendering is one of the most cost-effective ways in reducing a building’s energy costs. Absolute Solar’s in-house rendering team can enable that to be achieved efficiently and cost effectively.

Absolute Solar Solar Panel Arrays

Part L of Building Regulations now advocates that solar solutions, solar panel arrays either as external mounted arrays, or in-roof systems are now required to reduce the carbon footprint of new homes. Absolute Solar are an approved turnkey supplier of solar solutions to new house builders.
