Absolute Solar is a family owned and run company with around 40 people employed across the company. The people Absolute Solar work together from project design to delivery supported by our great back office teams. We support our customers and partners to deliver solar and insulations (CWI and LI) services. Like to know more about our team members then get in contact with us today.
Brian is the Managing Director of Absolute Solar. He has been working to improve the UK’s energy efficiency for over 35 Years. Brian has been the driving force behind Absolute Solar and the renewable energy sector throughout the Midlands.
Jon is a highly experienced Business Development Managers (BDM). Jon works with house builders, designing and delivering CWI and Loft Insulation and solar panel technology solutions for new build house builders.
Oliver is Solar Director, responsible for all aspects of Absolute Solar’s work within the solar market. Oliver is a fully qualified Solar Panel Installer, Part L Electrician (18th Edition) and is heavily involved in our development of new solar products and services within this dynamic market.
Harry is our Insulation Director, responsible for all aspects of our Cavity Wall and Loft Insulation. Harry is a full trained SIG BBA approved installer for Cavity Wall Insulation (CWI) and then progressed to Cavity Wall Insulation team leader, before joining the board.
Hayley is Absolute Solar’s office director, dealing with all day-to-day operational activities of the whole back office operations, as well as ensuring customers are looked after to the highest standards.
Andrew is our finance director, with 5 years experience in running the finances at Absolute Solar. He holds an AAT Advanced Diploma in Accounting qualification. Andrew is responsible for all aspects of the businesses finances ensuring efficiency in our back office operations.
